Fueled by a passion for giving back and witnessing the incredible work of non-profits, I wanted to help small non-profit organizations. Thus began my journey in starting Raise & Rally.

I saw a need for non-profits to have access to professional consulting and fundraising events support that could truly amplify their impact.
My hope is to combine my previous experience of consulting, where I worked with several Fortune 500 Companies, and bring my strategic planning and execution skills to those organizations. ​

Hello! I am Shachi Sapre-Schatz
My background includes a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University and a Master's degree from George Washington University.

For years, I built a successful consulting career, primarily serving the Life Sciences industry. This experience involved managing large-scale, multi-national projects specializing in complex logistics and the full lifecycle of IT systems development.
​
After completing an Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania, my focus has shifted entirely to the non-profit sector.
​
My vision is to partner with mission-driven organizations, translating proven consulting expertise in strategy, operations, and technical infrastructure into tangible, sustainable community impact.
